Grand Re-Opening Weekend

at Buffalo Gap Camp

May 14/15/16 2010

Our Grand Re-Opening weekend was well organized and went very smoothly with quiet attendance. We hosted two local bluegrass bands on Saturday and Sunday -- Cold Stream Road and the Pan Handlers -- both of whom made great use of the new 32 channel sound board, amps, mics and other sound equipment. The acoustics were excellent and our sound crew did a great job.

Thanks to Capon Bridge EMT's (Lt. Dawson, Tammy, Thomas and others) that hung out with us all weekend long and the impromptu musicians that played on stage during open mic -- particularly Banjo Matt. Our security team was in place and we were well staffed for the smaller crowds that showed up. Our food vending was excellent and our craft vendors were awesome -- we wish them lots of future success.
